Collected at midnight and still had a proper walk around the car with a torch. Nothing hidden, nothing rushed, and the deposit came back the same week.

Good value and an honest handover. The satnav mount was missing but the desk found one for us.

Three of us shared the driving around Bari and adding the second and third driver cost nothing extra. The car was a year old and the tank was genuinely full when we picked it up.

The compact we booked was fine for two people and a week of luggage. Parking sensors would have helped in the narrow streets.

Changed the pickup time twice by email and got a reply within the hour both times. The car was ready early and the return was two minutes long.
